Size exchanges 
Since products are made on demand, size exchanges require producing a new item.Unfortunately, our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size, so we won’t be able to issue you a refund. Thank you for understanding.

Note the fit details and recommendations in the product descriptions 

Order failed to deliver 
If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed 
package, it’ll be returned to the fulfillment facility. You’ll receive a notification when this 
happens, and it will be held for 30 days. Please confirm your shipping address with us and the package will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. 

How to minimize carrier returns 
In most cases, orders are sent back because customers provide an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address. Please be careful and doublecheck that you’ve added the correct address. 

Customer received a damaged or mislabeled item 
Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We'll be happy to  assist you and re-ship the product. Customers must report damaged items within 30 days of receiving them. 

Buyer’s remorse 
This is when the customer wants to return an item because they dislike the product or changed their mind. Our return policy doesn't cover buyers remorse, changed so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding. 

Order was lost in transit 
If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit or stuck at some point during the delivery. Please give the package a couple more days to show up. If the package still hasn't arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or the local post office. We do not cover lost packages marked as deliveredIf packages are confirmed lost, our team typically covers the cost of a replacement. Wrong item sent If you received the wrong item, design, or color due to a fulfillment error, please send us photos of the incorrect item and a description, and we’ll process a replacement for you as soon as possible. Delayed order Due to high order volumes, customs   processing, or carrier issues orders can take longer than expected to arrive beyond the estimated shipping times. We will monitor tracking updates & follow up with any further updates.
